The challenge is clear! |
| We can communicate with one third of the
world's population using English. Over the next ten years the number of
English speakers will reach 50%. Evangelism and pastoral care are always
best communicated in a heart language, but for church leaders competent
English provides major opportunities of learning and communication. English
for outreach & evangelism is also effective.
English is the 21st century equivalent of 1st
century Greek

What do we do? |
Supporting Churches In Eastern Europe &
Beyond
- There are a growing number of evangelical Churches in need of trained
leadership.
- There is an ever expanding use of English as a common language.
- Churches are using English teaching for outreach and evangelism.
- Pastors and leaders have a thirst for knowledge – often only
available in English.
- Churches are keen to link up across Europe, through twinning and
international conferences where English is the common language.
|
How do we do it? |
- We respond to invitations from Churches, Bible Colleges and Missions.
We only go where we are invited
- We are primarily self financing and never ask for funds
- We have a small group of prayer-partners who receive the Heartland-Update
two or three times a year
- Our Bona-fides is recognised by an informal group of referees
